The following individuals will be representing our company at the 2009 Evergreen Marketing Group Partnership Conference. Please list the primary conference contact for your company in the first position. This individual will be the one to receive tabletop schedules and other limited distribution materials.
These materials will be mailed to the address above unless you list a separate address below. Registration fee for the conference is $425.00 per person if you pay by check. Credit card payment is available through Viaklix at a cost of $440.00 per person (fee + convenience charge). Please Note: Policy-making staff are required to attend this conference. Please refer to Partnership Conference FAQs if necessary.

Please plan to arrive Monday, April 27 in the evening so you can attend the Member Networking Session Tuesday morning. If you plan to participate in the 20th Anniversary Golf Tournament you need to arrive Sunday evening or first thing Monday morning. Seating for the Opening Luncheon and General Session will begin at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 28.
