Registration fee for the conference is $425.00 per person if you pay by check.
If you wish to pay by credit card, the cost is $440.00 per person (fee + convenience charge).

Please Note:  Policy-making staff are required to attend this conference.

If you plan to participate in the 20th Anniversary Golf Tournament, please arrive Sunday evening or first thing Monday morning.
Seating for the Opening Luncheon and General Session will begin at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 28.

We will email a confirmation to you within 24 hours of registration (Monday through Friday).
