that you would like to participate with in the 2008 Planning for Profit Program. You are encouraged to work with as many
preferred suppliers as you like. If you wish to work with more than five preferred suppliers, please submit the form multiple times.

The Evergreen will compile the lists and communicate to each preferred supplier in your behalf.
We will contact you if there are any suppliers unable to commit to the program with you.

Select preferred suppliers whose local reps you feel will best get the job done for you.

Evergreen will publicly recognize reps who do a good job based on your recommendation.
The only way to get your local reps on the Evergreen "Wall of Fame" is to participate in Planning for Profit.

Evergreen will also reward the top members who participate in Planning for Profit

Schedule your 2008 Planning for Profit meetings
during 4th Quarter 2007 or early 1st Quarter 2008.
