Biography
Mark Carpenter is President and CEO of Dayton Superior Corporation, one of the largest suppliers of accessories, chemicals and forming solutions for the concrete construction market. Dayton provides integrated product solutions for most industry sectors, including cast-in place, infrastructure, precast, rebar connections, repair and restoration and tilt up construction.
With over 30 years of experience in construction and construction products, Mark started his career as a construction project manager in the UK and Eastern Europe. In 2001, Mark and family moved permanently to the US and spent 18 years with Hanson Building Products, managing their concrete pipe and precast concrete businesses across North America. In 2015, Mark became President of Hanson Pipe and Precast. In 2019, he joined Dayton Superior Corporation as CEO.
He earned a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Brunel University London and an MBA from Henley Business School. Mark, his wife Olga and daughter Alina live in Springboro Ohio.
