Total Tool Supply Acquires Tool & Anchor Supply

Total Tool Supply, headquartered in St. Paul, MN, has acquired Denver, CO based distributor Tool & Anchor Supply.  As of May 1, 2023, Tool & Anchor Supply’s Denver and Greeley branches have transitioned to Total Tool Supply management.  The acquisition is well suited to both distributors, given their common customer segments and product category offerings. Total Tool Supply, founded by Doug Jordan in 1977, has been a member of the Evergreen Marketing Group since 1990.  It serves the Industrial and Construction markets with tools, equipment and services that include Rental, Repair and Rigging.
